Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Cook onion in oil until tender. Onion should JUST turn clear. Do not overcook! Stir in garlic. Transfer to a small bowl.
- Place ground beef in the skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Stir in the onion mixture and the spaghetti sauce. Season with salt.
- Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine ricotta, sour cream, and mozzarella cheese.
- Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish. In the prepared dish, layer ½ of the sauce, cover with ½ of the cooked pasta top with sour cream mixture. Add the remaining pasta, the remaining sauce. Top with provolone slices and parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until heated through and cheeses are melted.

2 1/4 tsp. dry yeast 1 cup warm water 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 ½ tsp salt 1 Tbsp. oil 2 ½ to 3 cups flour Directions: 1. In a large mixing bowl combine 2 ½ cups flour, yeast sugar, and salt. 2. Measure ½ cup flour into a cup and set aside to use later. 3. With a wooden spoon mix the dry ingredients together to combine. 4. Add the oil and warm water and mix well. Dough should begin to form a ball. Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl well. If dough is very sticky add a little flour from the ½ cup of flour reserved from step 2. 5. Turn dough onto a floured board or counter. Be careful not to use too much flour. Use the flour from the reserved flour from step 2. 6. Knead the dough for about 5 to 7 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic. Place dough in plastic bag that has been coated lightly with oil. This will prevent the dough from sticking to the bag. Let rise until doubled in size. 7. Preheat oven to 425* 8. Place dough on pizza pan and cook ten minutes 9. 20 pepperonis 1 egg 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. Italian seasoning ½ tsp Garlic powder 2 mozzarella cheese sticks ¼ cup pizza sauce Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Cut each biscuit in half… so you have 20 pieces. Cut each cheese stick into 10 pieces. 3. Carefully place one piece of cheese and one pepperoni in each biscuit piece. Pull the sides of the dough together to cover the ingredients. 4. Place seam side down on a greased cookie sheet. 5. Combine egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Using a brush or a spoon cover the pizza rolls with mixture. 6. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. 7.
